Refund, Return & Shipping Policy

Shipping

Orders placed before our daily cutoff (Central Time) typically ship the same business day. We ship via USPS/courier with tracking and discreet packaging. Delivery estimates (e.g., 1–2 days within Texas, 2–5 days nationwide) are estimates, not guarantees, and exclude carrier delays.

Local delivery (San Antonio + Eagle Pass)

“Renova Express Local Delivery” same/next-day is available for eligible ZIP codes per the rates shown at checkout, subject to the daily order cutoff.

Returns

Because Materials are sensitive research products, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns of opened or shipped Materials once delivered, except as below.

Damaged, lost, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or does not arrive, contact us at support@renovawellnesss.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and photos/unboxing documentation where applicable. We will replace or refund at our discretion after review.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Order-processing or payment fees may be non-refundable. We may cancel and refund orders we decline to accept (see Terms §9).
