- What are Renova Wellness products used for?
- All Renova Wellness products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory and scientific research use only. They are not for human or animal consumption and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or supplements, and have not been evaluated by the FDA.
- Is every product third-party tested?
- Yes. Each batch is tested by an independent, accredited third-party laboratory using HPLC for purity and mass spectrometry for identity, with labeled-vs-actual content measured. The Certificate of Analysis for each batch is published on its product page.
- What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
- A COA is a lab-issued report documenting the testing performed on a specific batch (lot) of a compound. A trustworthy COA is per-batch — tied to the lot number on your vial — and shows purity (%), identity confirmation, labeled-vs-actual content, and the test date.
- How do I verify the exact vial I received?
- Every vial carries a lot number. Enter that lot number in our Verify Your Vial tool (or scan the QR code on the label) to pull that exact batch’s Certificate of Analysis. This lets you confirm purity and content independently rather than taking our word for it.
- Why does peptide purity matter?
- In research, the quality of your material sets the ceiling on the quality of your results. If a vial’s actual contents differ from its label, any research using it is compromised before it begins. Verified purity is what makes results reproducible and comparable.
- How should research peptides be stored and reconstituted?
- Most research peptides ship as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder. In powder form they are relatively stable and are typically kept frozen, protected from light and moisture. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, the solution is kept refrigerated (2–8°C), protected from light, and used within a typical research handling window. This is general laboratory-handling information only.
- Who is eligible to purchase?
- By purchasing, you affirm that you are a qualified researcher or professional, at least 21 years of age, and that you will handle all products in accordance with applicable laws and good laboratory practice.
- How does shipping and local delivery work?
- Orders placed before our daily cutoff (Central Time) typically ship the same business day via tracked, discreet packaging. Same/next-day Renova Express Local Delivery is available for eligible San Antonio and Eagle Pass ZIP codes at the rates shown at checkout.
- What is your return policy?
- Because these are sensitive research materials, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns of opened or shipped products once delivered. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive, contact support within 7 days for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
