Research Tool
Reconstitution Calculator
Enter the mg in your vial and the bacteriostatic water you add — get concentration, volume per draw, U100 syringe units, and draws per vial instantly.
Research use only. This is a math tool for laboratory concentration and volume only. It does not provide human, veterinary, therapeutic, diagnostic, or administration guidance. Compounds sold by Renova Wellness™ are not approved for human or animal consumption.
Values are a mathematical convenience for laboratory setup — set them to your own research protocol. This tool gives no human, veterinary, therapeutic, or administration guidance.
U100 syringe: 100 units = 1 mL · Research use only
How it works
Concentration
mg ÷ mL
Compound (mg) divided by bacteriostatic water (mL) gives mg/mL.
Volume per draw
target ÷ concentration
Your target amount divided by concentration gives the mL to draw.
U100 units
mL × 100
On a U100 syringe, 100 units = 1 mL, so 0.40 mL = 40 units.
Calculator FAQ
How does the peptide reconstitution calculator work?+
Enter the amount of compound in your vial (mg) and the volume of bacteriostatic water you add (mL). The calculator divides mg by mL to get concentration (mg/mL), then converts your target amount per draw into a volume (mL) and the equivalent units on a U100 insulin syringe (100 units = 1 mL), plus how many draws the vial yields.
What is a U100 syringe unit?+
A U100 insulin syringe is marked so that 100 units equals 1 milliliter. So 0.40 mL reads as 40 units. The calculator converts your computed volume per draw into these units for convenience.
What is bacteriostatic water?+
Bacteriostatic water is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol, used to reconstitute lyophilized (freeze-dried) research peptides. See our reconstitution and storage guides for handling references.
Is this calculator medical or dosing advice?+
No. It is a mathematical tool for laboratory setup only. Renova Wellness provides no human, veterinary, therapeutic, diagnostic, or administration guidance, and all compounds are sold strictly for research use only.
