Quality & testing
Lot Number
Also: Batch Number
A lot (or batch) number is a unique code assigned to a single production run. It is the link between a physical vial and its testing record: enter the lot number (or scan the QR on the label) and you retrieve the exact COA for that batch.
Per-lot traceability is what makes a COA verifiable rather than decorative — it proves the certificate belongs to the vial in your hand.
